Error occurs in latest 7.x-1.x-dev again. Sorry. Hope this is not a hijack. Doesn't make sense to start another issue for that.

"edit source" link looks like this now:
http://homepage.com/admin/content/taxonomy/edit/term/term
but should look like this:
http://homepage.com/admin/structure/taxonomy/edit/term/12

so structure/ instead of content/
and term id instead of another phrase term

I can come back for a patch later. But not this week no more. Anyone else?
