Right now it looks like you must use row style of "fields" and select the exact fields you'd like to be included in the CSV. Has anyone done any work to make it possible to use a row style of "node" which would look at all the fields on the node object and include them in the CSV?

Have you tried http://drupal.org/project/viewsnodefield ? Maybe it solves your problem...
