For comments with attachments, the 'List' checkbox cannot be turned on, so attachments are not displaying on the comment. Any ideas why this might be happening? Is there any information I can provide to help troubleshoot? Thanks.

I think this problem resulted from changes I made to address a different issue. The issue, my changes, and the rollback of some of those changes are covered in http://drupal.org/node/531690

No bug here, just someone who had locally hacked the module.
