I'm pretty sure he meant google CSE (a search app). See http://www.google.com/cse/ . You can install the code into a block or use a module for it - search drupal for google cse....

It's a internal site and there is restriction of using outside search engine because of security that's why I m asking which one is best other than drupal core search.
I think a good option under
I think a good option under your circumstances is apache solr - http://lucene.apache.org/solr/#intro . There is a drupal module - http://drupal.org/project/apachesolr - that helps integrate it as well.
