It's a design hangover from before. The projects were listed as clients don't show in the new project list.

This feature isn't very useful for drupal.org, but it is more useful for a more generic setting. It will display projects once they are populated from the project client. Thus why no projects show up. I believe that is the correct result.

Please re-open if I misunderstood.
