The attached zip is a backport of Role Expire 6.x-1.5 to Drupal 5. Support for Views 2, Rules, and Migrate has been commented out. Support for Workflow-ng and Views 1 probably could be added easily. It incorporates fixes for three bugs in the D6 version:
- #603044: The records in table role_expire are always there no matter I delete the users' account or remove roles from users
- #600436: Expiration Dates Not Functioning
- #608312: Role expiration isn't set during admin user add/create, only during edit.
I did this for a client, so I am not sure I will have time to maintain it. Either way, I want to make it available to anyone else who may need it.

stewsnoozeI've now linked to this from the role_expire front page. If you aren't available to support this I don't think I can considering that d7 is almost out!!
