In new PHPIDS version 0.6.3, the file Config.ini has been renamed to Config.ini.php (under lib/IDS/Config).
Therefore, the Drupal module does not detect anymore the PHPIDS library and does not work.

I'm working on 6.x-1.10 which should work with both PHP-IDS package versions,
