I'm not able to update this module via CVS and was wondering if the following is the source of the problem.
draggableviews.info from 6.x-3.3-beta2

Yes, I'm having the same problem. I keep getting update warnings for draggableviews, even though I'm using the most current version, downloaded from CVS.
