Subscription link stopped working.

I hope someone could help me. All the sudden my subscription link just stopped working. It has worked perfectly for two years, not one problem. Then yesterday when anyone clicked on it, they got a paypal page that says "Sorry — your last action could not be completed

I am trying to work with Paypal, but so far they have been no help. Is it on my end? Is it on their end? Can someone help me on where I should even start looking and what to look at?
