On admin/content/nodewords we have "Global keywords" and the tab behind admin/content/nodewords/global is also named "Global..." - I'm a bit confused by the naming and can only guess what happens behind the scenes... Any way to remove this confusion and nail out the differences?

Maybe the tab "Global and default meta tags" is not optimal named and more likely need to be something like Default and specific meta tags?

Default and specific meta tags is more appropriate, as the meta tags set in those pages are not actually global, but specific for some categories of Drupal pages.
