Plug-In for GPG-encrypted emails

Being dependend on this framework by using OG anyways, I would love to see a plug-in "Encrypted E-Mail" that would encrypt messages using GPG. If encryption fails, it should only sent a message like "Failure trying to send you an encrypted message, please check your settings at ...".

Using the different templates this would allow to have a site sending out complete articles for users with encryption while users without would only get something like "A new forum topic has been posted." using an alternate plug-in.
