I've already looked at the FAQ for this issue. I've configure ddblock before and got it working with another theme, tapestry, but I've switched themes and I can't get it to work with the new theme I'm using, admire_gray. I've done exactly what I did last time, but no luck. I think the issue lies in my template.php file. When I renamed the preprocess function for the tapestry theme I just had to replace [themename] with the word tapestry, but the admire_gray theme, has an underscore in it, so I replace [themename] with admire_gray. Is this correct? Could this be the issue?
Thanks for the help.

airen2011 commentedUsing admire_gray should work.
Did you place the custom folder in your new theme?
Did you try to uncomment the drupal_set_message lines in the preprocess functions?
Did you clear the cache at administer > site configuration > performance?
Do you have a link to the Internet site?
We made improvements in the ddblock themes and the preprocess functions.
