Subqueues Views filter does not work

This may be related to this issue except that I am not using the Taxonomy node queue. I have set up a queue "Publications" with a number of different subqueues. I want to create a view of a particular subqueue, so as filter I choose "NodeQueue: Subqueues for Publications". Problem is:
a) There is a drop-down list of "Is One Of", "Is All of" etc, but next to this is another drop-down list of queues. This is inappropriate since a drop-down list is single-choice and this should clearly be multi-choice.
b) The drop-down list does not display the subqueues of "Publications", but instead the queues, including "Publications". So in fact this filter does not work at all.
Is this issue fixed in D6?
