Hello hopeful helpers,
I am having a weird problem. I have searched posts and tried many things but nothing is working yet.
In my theme MyTree I have areas for a number of banners. They are all visible for authenticated users & also on the contact page. But for anonymous users they can only see:
banner 5 / banner 4 / banner 1
frustratingly banner 2 and 3 are the one I really want.

I thought it must be a permissions issue so I did the Rebuild Permissions. Didn't help.

Also tried ticking unticking the various block visibility permissions and that didn't work.

I also tried the permissions settings for each user and only when I give anonymous users admin access do they appear (but of course I don't want them to have admin access...so that's not a good solution).

It can't be to do with the files folder permissions as it shows on the contact page for anon users.

I just don't get it.
I hope to hear some advice.
