No scoops displaying on new install

I just installed Drigg. I created a scoop as the admin and then I registered a new account and submitted a scoop from there. When I look at the homepage, neither scoop appears. I went to Drigg queue - PUB and the scoops aren't there either. It just says:

Drigg queue - PUB

The queue will last, according to autopromote_every: 0.00 hours

Server time: 2009-10-25 01:52:14 +0000
Approved ("published") entries

On the Drigg queue - UNPUB page it says:

Unapproved (unpublished) entries

Under that there are two boxes that both say Apply Checkboxes. There aren't, however, any scoops.

Now, if I go to Administer > Content then the scoops are right there. I can click on them and view them with no problem. I tried updating them to published from this page, but they still don't show up. Can someone please help me get this working?
