Don't display particular users on profiles

For my situation, it would be important for users to opt out of displaying their name when they visit other users profiles.

I think instead of their name being displayed, it could be replaced with 'annonamous' or 'secret viewer' for example.

The option for this setting could appear on the content profile registration form.

These are just suggestions. What do think the likelihood of these features appearing in future releases?
