Come together with the global Drupal community in Rotterdam, 28 Sept – 1 Oct 2026. Sessions, contribution, connection, and Early Bird savings until 8 June.
Was thinking of adding this myself. Im building a review site and have chosen userreview to handle the reviews, It does what I want, but I really need more axes. Im currently working on the content nodes (the nodes to be reviewed) but will pass on any patches when I get to this (probably in 1 or 2 weeks). I particularly like the way nodereview does multiple axes so would probably try that approach first.
This is the most robust review/ratings module IMO, becasue it is the only one that effectively ties a rating to a "comment" from the users point of view. (I realize they're not really Drupal comments...)
The addition of multiple criteria would serve to further it's usefulness.
One concern here is that if one decides to develop a website with the version with 1 criteria, if you choose to upgrade to ione with multiple criteria, it's not going to carry over well. Unless the upgraded version has someway to handle it, the average scores will be off.
Last time I checked (late last year) this module looked much better than Node Review. The reason I went with that one was because of the multiple axes. If we can get it in here, maybe we won't need Node review any more? Or we could at least find a way to merge these. This came up on the consulting list a while ago, and the idea was generally supported.
The way to handle the conversion to multiple criteria would be to have a new default axis that would carry the old data.
I am glad to see that there is more support for the idea of a merger. Nodereview is best on features, while Userreview is best on UI. The only other issue I have with userreview is that the output somehow disables commenting. I also like the idea of nodereviews tabs. But these things could be brought together and offered as options to get the best of both worlds.

Basically, it'll replace MediumVote with a far more valuable version. Just remember: us users like different categories per node. ;)
