Page not found for everything

This may be related or not but in one of my installations, GCT (6x-1.2) was installed and was working initially but at some point (after adding other modules i suppose), it failed to show the listings. Then I also noticed that it didn't show up on the administration pages even though its listed and checked under modules.

I removed then reinstall GCT 6x-1x-dev verion and everything went back to normal.

I suspect it may be a module weight issue.

I cannot reproduce this problem. As EHA suggested, you might try disabling the more recently added modules and see if it comes back. It is such a simple module, I can't see how weight would affect it.

Another thing that sometimes trips me up is that a View has appropriated the menu path (node/type).
