Page not found for everything

Description
No matter what combination I try. I always get page not found.
http://localhost/mypage/node/type/page/TRUE/10/dat
http://localhost/mypage/node/type/story
etc.
Tried 6.x-1.2 and 6.x-1.x-dev 2009-Oct-20. I'am using Drupal 6.14.
