Everybody can see any members Bookmarks (using flag )

Background:
Using flag 6x-1.1 for bookmark
flagtype: node

Issue:
Lets assume that "member A" add (flag) a story or a blog article as a bookmark it works very well. But when other members lets assume "member B" watch "member A" profile, member B can see all of members A bookmarks. This is a issue because member B should not have the permission to watch member As' bookmarks.

I have tried many thing but cant see any permission rule to add in the flag options at
Home » Administer » Site building » Flags

In the Home » Administer » User management » Permissions , there is no option to allow only "watch own bookmarkscontent"

So what should I do?
