I would like the user profile image to be posted next to the comment they posted are there any modules out there i cant find one?

The authorpane module does that. It needs a bit of adjustment, but the instructions are clear.

user pictures can be enabled on the theme in administer -> themes -> configure link for the theme in question.
This is to be done after user pictures are enabled in general in administer -> user settings
