This is a planned feature. Creating issue for documentation purposes.

Currently, the theme-settings.php interface allows for customizing a single layout. The implementation of this new feature will allow a default set of 960gs settings for the site, and a custom set of grid settings for each context defined in the system by the Context module.

Moving issue to the appropriate location in the Delta module. The module was created to compensate for things that could not be done easily on the theme layer and should be broken out to a module that could apply to other themes as well, and not just the Omega base theme.
