CVS edit link for Servit

Dear,

We are web development company that works in Drupal. We have already committed 2 modules (special menu items and area banner) but under one of our developers account. As we have more new modules to commit, there is no need that each developer needs to open its account but rather we want to be able to commit everything from this account.

Kind regards,
Tamer Zoubi

if you want to be added as co-maintainer of an existing module, you need to open a support request for the module in the project queue, offering to become co-maintainer; when the current maintainer accepts your offer, then you can apply for a CVS account.
As alternative, the current maintainer can post a comment here, saying he accepts you as co-maintainer.

We cannot check if the current maintainer is working in the same company as you are working; therefore, we follow the generic case of applying for a CVS account to become co-maintainer of an existing project.

Hello,

I am maintainer of Special menu items and I agree with giving servit access as a co-maintainer.

I want to give up Special menu items (http://drupal.org/project/special_menu_items) and area banner (http://drupal.org/project/area_banner) modules to Servit user.

Sounds good. CVS application for Servit approved (actually it already ways). Tamerzg can transfer project ownership or add co-maintainers as desired.

Hello Dave,

How can I give up ownership? I see only option to add co-maintainers. I can't remove my account as owner as it says locked. It seems I dont have privileges?

Thanks

I will transfer the ownership of the project to Servit. In Drupal, we don't remove the previous maintainer from CVS access.
