rc1 breaking PostgreSQL

Hi guys,
The rc1 release includes many SQL commands that got changed for no reason (i.e. they were just fine before) and the person who has done that changed the single quotes for strings in double quotes.
That breaks PostgreSQL 100%.
Please, see attached patch.

My apologies for these bugs. RC2 will be available shortly, fixing this.
