I have added a primary links at the left side bar with the title test and I've writen something in the pages. I saved the block. But when I go to the homepage I can't see the test link at the left side bar.I think it's a simple configuration but I can't figure it out. Anyone help me,please.

Maybe block settings or permissions on user management.

You have to go to Site Building>>Blocks>>List. Scroll down to where it shows all the blocks you have created. Drag your block from "Disabled" up to "Left Sidebar". Then save the blocks. That should do the trick.

If that wasn't what you meant, let me know!

Maybe I didn't explain it clearly.I mean that I want to create some links at left side bar.Like "make money online" "how to build a website" "how to write a blog".When I click the "make money online" ,the site will show an article which title is "make money online". And when I click "how to build a website".The site will show an article which title is "how to build a website".I just don't want to make all the articles listed in one page.So I want to create a menu about all the articles I write on the left side bar.How can I make this effect? I'm very gratful for your replies.

If the block is missing, therefore, it's in the block setting. To test, enable your search module and add a search block.

And if it still invisible, check your permissions or re-check again your primary link menu enabled.

And if still not working, maybe there's a problem with your theme.

You mentioned Primary links earlier but those are at the top of the page, not in the left sidebar. Secondly, assuming you do want primary links or secondary links, you still must enable them at admin/build/themes/settings/yourthemename. But it really doesn't sound like you want Primary Links.

If you actually created blocks at the admin/build/block page and aren't seeing those, then do what other posters have recommended. Locate the block (or blocks) you created in the "Disabled" block section of the admin/build/block page and then literally drag it up and to the left sidebar area with your mouse.
