I've tried installing Tattler two times each with Firefox 3.5.3 and Safari 4.0.3 (on OS X) and get form validation errors every time. The status message says "An illegal choice has been detected. Please contact the site administrator." A screenshot is attached.

I also see other errors when clicking Sources and Trends (as described exactly by someone else already at UserVoice) which I believe may be related.

are you installing it on MAMP on OS-X? Or Linux?
