Default filter format Full HTML (not set); never shows as set

Issue Summary

After setting the default as Full HTML this warning never clears.

Wonder if maybe the filters I have (or the modules they are from) or the order I have them in may be interfering with this?

They are:

Filters(not all are enabled, see list below for those that are.)

No, it was a minor bug with checking a default - this was a change from the D5 version that never got fixed until now.
