Like the title says if I create a node with a unique tag that hasn't been used before that tag is included in the Tagadelic block. Clicking on the tag brings the user to a page that says no node exists that uses that tag. Only tags that are used on published nodes should be displaying in Tagadelic.

Please check whether this is a duplicate of #411852: Don't count unpublished posts. There's also already a patch over there. It would be great if you could test that patch and report in that issue queue.

I had the same issue and can confirm that this is a dupe and that the patch worked.
