"Display fields" sub section

Hi folks!
I try to install Image Annotate and read in README.txt:

b. Go to the "Display fields" sub section (admin/content/node-type/picture/display) and
select the widget for handling display of the body: select the "Image with annotations" one.
....

What I did wrong when I cannot see this widget?!?

On that website there comes only:

There are no fields configured for this content type. You can add new fields on the Manage fields page.
Configure how this content type's fields and field labels should be displayed when it's viewed in teaser and full-page mode. Use the 'Exclude' checkbox to exclude an item from the $content value passed to the node template.
...

and on that website:
/admin/content/node-type/page/fields
there is also nothing with Image Annotate....?

What can I do?
I upload modul.
I give rights...and allow to make comments.
