sgabe commentedI made a little change.
I think this could be committed.
sgabe commentedI think this issue could be the base to update documentation, so we can mark other issues aiming to README updating as duplicates and we can do the work here. Otherwise the separate changes and patches will make more difficult to follow the requests and commit patches.
I am changing the title and attaching a new patch referring to this #319350: usage section in readme is incomplete issue.

ransom commentedsubscribe & want to see patched and viewable here.
ransom commentedActually noticed that the readme is updated. I just had alpha1 instead of 2. This still being worked on or should it be closed?
sgabe commentedI would love to see your updated README.txt, since it didn't change for more than 4 years...not even a little bit. Not even now in a 6.x-1.0-alpha2.
sutharsan commentedCorrected a typo.
sgabe commentedNote the #629038: Attachements dont respect ‘list’ setting. issue as reference.
sgabe commentedI've revised it a bit.
sgabe commentedSorry, previously I attached the wrong patch.
sgabe commentedCommitted to HEAD.
Enzman commentedSame for Drupal 6.x ?????
(All I want to do is add a background colour to the email... The documentation for this module is poor. Have spent 18 hours trying to learn how to do this - it will not beat me...)

sgabe commentedThen you will need to learn to search effectively.
The module includes a mail.css file, this is in the README.txt. About the background color, there was an issue #346270: Background color and the information is in the handbook at Prevent CSS style collision which is the first search result, see here.
