The README provides a wrong link for the civicrm_error settings page

Thanks for this great module.

I noticed a small error in the README, where it describes the link to the civicrm_error settings page.

- admin/logs/civicrm_error
+ admin/reports/civicrm_error

I guess this was the link in the d5 module.
