I cannot find the fieldgroup tab, I did disable and uninstall and reinstalled again the fieldgroup module and still cannot find it

Not sure what you mean by "fieldgroup tab".

If you're looking for how to add a fieldgroup to a content type, then look at the bottom of the table in the "Manage fields" screen of the content type. You should see options to add new fields, add existing fields, AND also options to add field groups.

okay..sorry..cause it used to have a separate tab
