Include Ohloh API class to support other code

On educoder.org we're using Ohloh to track activity on our projects. Matt Zukowski wrote some code that makes use of an Ohloh API class we found by Paul Scott
on phpscripts. The problem is it's all inline right now which is causing redeclaration errors. We'd prefer to require_once() and the best place for the class to live would be in this Ohloh module.

Can you include the attached class in the Ohloh module?
Also, we're going to be using this module pretty extensively and would like to make contributions back to it. Can you provide me with CVS access? My account name is "turadg".
