Is it possible to add help to all fields types?

I'd love to start using this module on my site, but I've noticed that there are some fields that don't have any injection buttons near them... Can this be overriden to allow help to be added anywhere, or aren't I allowed to add help to certain fields?

Would you mind saying which fields you can not inject one that you want? Also this might be fixed by #452356: Add another "?", "+"

I haven't used this module for ages now (if I ever did start using it...) so will close this issue.
Someone else can open it if they have the same problem.
