Google appliance search ?? Configuration help

Hey,

can somebody help me in how to configure the google appliance search??

I have my collection in the ggoogle mini, I have a front end too..

I did install the module , enable, have apermissiions , add hostname, collection name and font end name,

I can see the tab in my search, but nothing happens... I do get the error message "No results were found that matched your criteria. Please try broadening your search." ( same one configured in the module)..

What am I missing??
Any ideas of what I can check to see if it is actually doing something??
