Can't create a node profile after new user registration by admin

Issue Summary

Hi community!

As an admin, I'm trying to register new users in my site and edit some Content Profile in their accounts.
The new user is activated correctly but then, after saving the content profile, I can't edit it because the fields are empty like if nothing where created before. Then I realised that after saving the content profile a new node is created and don't override the existing one.

But it only happens as an admin. If the account owner add content in their profile all works fine.

The problem is that we must create all the users and content profiles from an admin account.
