Map Popup Box not correctly sizing height

Description
I've noticed that the popup box isn't correctly sizing on the user node map - it's always ending 4/5 lines before the text finishes, leaving text hanging off the end of the balloons white space - I've looked at a few solutions to no avail, but perhaps I'm doing them wrong. Any help/suggestions/comments would be appreciated. Thanks
