drupal 6.14
I create a new item in a menu.
I specify the path to my webform.
I validate.
I don't have any error message, but the item does not appear in the items list.
If I delete the menu, I get a warning message, because the menu contain an item ( a ghost item ??)

How to access to a webform from a menu item ?

The solution:
The web need to be published.

Thank You for this. I felt like such an idiot when I read this but at least I have learned a lesson, I hope. Check the simple things before you panic.
