In logs you can see following after running cron.

array_intersect_key() [function.array-intersect-key]: Argument #1 is not an array in /var/www/projects/primo.acceptance.one-agency.be/sites/default/modules/emf/emf.sync.inc on line 170.

Patch included to fix it.

Could you recreate the patch and ignore whitespace changes? I have it difficult to see what's happening here :)
