Refresh fields and data

Hi,
I love this tool! :D

But as far as I have tested it any new added CCK fields nor taxonomy will appear in the mapping options if I change the underlying node. The same goes for new mappings and refresh. The new data is not added to the fields.

Would be great if both fields and data could be refreshed.
