Logging as a note-to-self. Seems if I have a panels_tabs-styled mini-panel on the same page, panels_accordion doesn't work -- but only if that tabbed mini doesn't have content??

nm, it's a panels_tabs bug. If there is empty content, wrong panel layout, etc -- then it stops the javascript on the page and breaks other widgets. http://drupal.org/node/621218
