i send an email using webmail plus
all things work well with horde
but when i send an email to gmail or yahoo it sent to spam
and text like (سلام) showed as سلاÙ

UTF8 is actually supported and has been tested on a variety of languages. Could you specify the language in question and maybe provide some more test cases?
