I have created a custom theme that I am using, although I have set a drupal theme for administration.
I cannot see my 'blocks' page very well. What am I missing?

when creating a new theme, make sure you start with a base theme and not mess up your admin theme. This will cause you to not lose your admin pages as was the case with me.
