Description
in my case i have 99% import of file
but i forgot create just one taxonomy term,
after recive error message with proposal to download reject file, i can switch to taxonomy manager and manually make missing taxonomy term,
after that, be very cool if i can repeat import process without downloading and uploading this file to server.
