Accessibility 'bypass' feature

To conform to the accessibility guidelines, (don't ask which one, I don't remember) this module should have a manual means for registration. Perhaps an integration with the contact forms module to send a message challenge. I was thinking a three or four part challenge made of simple questions that alternate randomly through a large database of simple questions.
