Opera and template

Broken in Opera here, updated to latest version of Opera and is broke. Also template file is not being picked up even after clearing theme cache, I put better_messages.tpl.php in the same place as my custom css file. css file is picked up but template file isn't, tried renaming to custom-1.tpl.php too to no avail.
