conflict with url_alter module

After the installation trace module: sites xxx/edit, xxx/talk, etc. (URL produced by subpath_alias module) they "do not exist".
Subpath_alias module requires to work - url_alter module.
Both url_alter and trace modules they start in bootstrap ("system" table in database).
