Issue Summary
That it will be possible, for example, to enable this module only for administrator but not for anonymous users (configured in user permissions' page). Some themes conflict with this module and it will be handy to disable it for anonymous users while using the conflicting theme. I am encountering such problems with Acquia Marina theme.
Please consider this feature in future releases.

Any plans of integrating this feature in the this module?! Most of my site visitors are anonymous (and use IE) and for them this module conflicts with a theme. I need to disable dhtml_menu for them. Any ideas how to do this?
