Hi
I have taxonomy redirect activated to taxon/!tid instead of taxonomy/term/!tid. When making a bulk update for the terms, pathauto does not recognize the existing aliases and treats all of the terms as non aliased. So, if I have the bulk generate aliases set up for 500 terms, only the first 500 are processed, no matter the times I run the script for automated links.

The module is now using taxonomy_term_path where possible. Please try using the latest 6.x-2.x and re-active this issue if you are able to re-confirm the bug.
