Server-side directory by user

Description
I can't see how to control the server-side directory location. Each user uploading pictures should have a separate space for their pictures. Allowing them to create/select subdirectories within their space is a bonus.
Is this possible in "Multiple Image Upload"/Postlet?
Perhaps, in part, through the Tokens module?
