Getting rid of the buttons to chaneg the map layer

Issue Summary

Which is the sintaxis to make the upright buttons to change the map layer (terrain, physical, etc.) no to appear. I'd like not to offer this option to the user.

This is actually an issue for the GMap module. Sorry.
